On the Panorama Deck of the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam – with its magnificent view of the IJ waterfront - the World Wide Media Lounge is situated. 20 screens are installed here and visitors, comfortably seated in luxurious furniture, can make their own choice from a menu of videotapes, CD-ROMs and net-art from the selection of international productions. At their own pace they can browse and zap their way through the selection, or follow the thematic routing set out by the festival. The reading table with relevant publications is also laid out in the World Wide Media Lounge.
