A shadowy world of terrorists. Corrupt police, infiltration, religious fanaticism. Murder attacks are devised under draughty bridges, in back alleys and behind grimy tables. ''We must bring Christ into this country and this country back to Christ.'' Reason enough for murder, for an attack on a synagogue. The aim of these extremists is to create a bastion of christian identity for the chosen white race. This end justifies all means. Children are seen as ideal kidnap subjects (publicity!) and Hitler is considered to be a great statesman. The angular camera shots succeed in bringing the disrupted way of thinking of the white supremacists adequately into the picture. Not a very flattering impression of America on the eve of the 21st century! The story line of this video is very fragmented. The camera technique and the image composition (which seem to have been derived from the B category film noir of early German expressionism) guarantee a visual spectacular. The dialogue is derived from publications like 'Hate groups in America: a record of bigotry and violence'. A striking description of this video.
