What is Zero? As far as the word has any meaning, we can experience something of it in the course of the journey offered us by Romy Haag, well-known for her 'City in the Night'. Through a story-teller, as we pass through this electronic fairytale, we come to know something more of the being and character of the Oueen of Nothingness: time for her is meaningless, distances vanish, her incantation runs: 'no more talking, no more thinking'. Oueen Zero plies therefore an alien version of reality - a vision of the future? In her memory, the digitally recorded memory of all humanity, past, present and future exist simultaneously: nothingness proves to encompass all. The true nature of this Oueen remains shrouded in mystery. A mystery capable of further clarification, however: the tape is part of a multi-media set - a book and a record are available on order along with the video-tape.
