A scientist wishes to construct a logical demonstration. His subject is language, particularly in relation to body language. He wishes to undertake a spectrographic analysis of the structure of the underlying modulations, more specifically in a late-capitalistic society. His professional jargon swiftly becomes incomprehensible - not least to himself - and he resorts to exotic languages until finally he can only stammer and objects remain as the last vehicles of sense. A simultaneous interpreter is called in to assist, while a woman in an inset will use sign-language to make the lecture accessible for the hard of hearing. The various forms of language all ultimately fail to keep pace with communication, and the subject runs seamlessly over into an integrative rendering of meaninglessness. This acute and logical parody on newspeak of every kind bites, like Ouroboros, its own tail.
